Terms
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms cover your use of outwithyou.com and the owy waitlist. owy is run by Out With You, Inc. (“owy”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The owy app isn't out yet; it will come with its own terms, which you'll agree to when you sign up for it.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over, and the details you give us must be your own and accurate.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we'll let you know when owy opens near you. It isn't an account, and it doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or that owy will launch in your city. We may change or stop the waitlist at any time. You can leave it whenever you like by emailing team@outwithyou.com.
Ambassadors
Saying you'd like to be an ambassador tells us you're interested; it isn't an offer, a contract, or a promise of payment by either of us. If we work together, we'll agree the details separately, in writing.
Using the site
Please don't:
- sign up other people without their permission, or use a false identity
- send automated or bulk submissions, or try to overload, probe or break the site or its forms
- copy, scrape or reuse the site's content, design or code, except as the law allows
We may remove waitlist entries that break these terms.
Our content
The owy name, the owl, and everything on this site are ours or licensed to us. Photos of people and places on the site are illustrative. Figures and quotes shown on the site before launch are examples of how the product will look, not results.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
